Family-Friendly Tours

Family-Friendly trips are designed to allow the whole family to experience "wild" (undeveloped) caves. Our other tours are designed for people 14 years and older. At least one adult must accompany the Family-Friendly tour.

With a professional guide, your safety is paramount. All the kids love glow-worms and spotting other cave animals and environmental features like fossils. Having fun like wriggling through small holes is great for smaller people and can be optional for bigger people! The choice of which cave to visit and which activities are suitable will be agreed by discussion when we meet for the tour. You could also phone or email to discuss the options, before or after booking.

This is a morning trip finishing with lunch. You can ask for kids' lunchboxes instead of the usual salad wraps. Fussy eaters are welcome, just make sure to tell me what they will or won't eat (on the booking page). Duration is normally from 8.30 to approximately 12.30 pm. Winter start is 9.00 (June, July, August).
The half day Family Friendly Tour is discounted at $145 p.p. for a family group of four or more, with all normal inclusions and lunch. This trip is already generously discounted approximately 20% so further discounts cannot be applied.
